The Company offers AI-powered services, automations, content generation, data support, and workflow streamlining across various industries including, but not limited to, film, legal, nonprofit, and digital media sectors.

While We offer strategic tools to enhance workflows, our AI services are not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial counsel. The scope of our services is advisory, operational, and creative in nature.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

Use of any third-party platform is at Your own risk.

All proprietary content, including but not limited to AI-generated material, scripts, designs, images, frameworks, and software provided through the Service, remains the sole property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service and its content solely for permitted use under these Terms.

All information shared with Us, whether for consultation or execution of services, is treated as confidential. We will not sell or distribute your information to third parties.

However, You acknowledge that in providing services powered by third-party platforms (e.g., APIs or open-source models), minimal anonymized technical data may be processed externally. We take every reasonable measure to ensure these tools meet industry-standard security and privacy protocols.

All digital service purchases, consulting sessions, or AI-based deliverables are final upon receipt of payment. Because services are customized and delivered digitally, We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the engagement has commenced or the product has been delivered.

By purchasing a service, You acknowledge and accept these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if You violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service immediately ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Service,
   
• Any delays, errors, or service interruptions,
   
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data,
   
• Your reliance on automated or AI-generated content.
   

In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed $100 USD if no payment has been made.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Before pursuing legal action, You agree to contact Us in writing to attempt an informal resolution.

Ownership of work remains with the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full delivery and payment, You may receive a limited-use license tailored to the scope outlined in your agreement.

If You access the Service from outside the United States, You do so at Your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, that provision shall be modified to reflect the original intent, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach.

We may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, when necessary, notifying You directly.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
